It is my great pleasure to invite you to ESTRO 2027 taking place from 21 to 25 May in Milan, Italy – one of Europe’s most creative and innovative cities, and home to many of the world’s leading oncology centres.
The congress theme is:

These three simple statements capture the essence of Radiation Oncology and the mission of ESTRO and our community. They remind us that exceptional patient care is at the heart of everything we do, that innovation is the driving force behind our progress, and that together we are improving outcomes and moving ever closer to curing more patients with cancer.
At ESTRO 2027, we will explore how patient-centred care, scientific discovery and technological innovation are inseparable. By bringing together clinicians, physicists, radiation therapists, biologists, industry partners, patients and many other experts, we will continue to push the boundaries of our discipline and shape the future of cancer treatment.
