A continuación encontrará el primer boletín relacionado con el congreso ECMP de este año, que se celebrará en Munich en septiembre de 2024. Le pedimos que comparta esta información en sus sitios web, redes sociales y entre todos sus miembros para fomentar una fuerte participación en este emocionante evento científico. El envío de resúmenes y la inscripción ya están abiertos. El Congreso de este año tiene como anfitriones a tres de nuestras NMO: Austria, Suiza y Alemania. Han estado trabajando muy duro durante el último año para preparar un interesante programa científico que ahora se encuentra en el sitio web de ECMP 2024. La presidenta del Congreso ECMP es Yolanda Prezado y la presidenta del Congreso Trination es Katia Parodi.

Dear colleagues and friends,We welcome all Medical Physicists from Europe and beyond to the 5 th European Congress of Medical Physics (ECMP 2024) organized by the European Federation of Medical Physics (EFOMP) and hosted in association with the Trination Conference of the Medical Physics Societies of Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DGMP, ÖGMP, and SGSMP) from 11 to 14 September 2024 in Munich, Germany.
ECMP 2024 will serve as a forum to foster discussions and reflections on how to change our mindset to adapt to a rapidly varying environment, including the increase of interdisciplinarity and European communication, improvements to our education programs, and further fortifying the bridge between research and clinical practice.
We will address a broad range of topics in seven different tracks on clinical and innovative radiotherapy and imaging techniques, artificial intelligence and radioprotection. Moreover, we will create ample possibilities of exchange with our sister organizations and industrial partners.

Call for Abstracts
Share your latest research and case studies by submitting an abstract and shape the programme of this year’s ECMP together with us!
Topics will include clinical and innovative radiotherapy, medical imaging and artificial intelligence, among others. You can already browse the programme overview for full information on topics and a preliminary programme structure.
ECMP 2024 will be an excellent opportunity to present your findings to a large international audience and get direct feedback from the experts.
